Role : National Sales Manager - General Trade - FMCG
National Sales Head will be part of the Sales leadership team and will report to Business Head, FMCG.
Key Responsibilities :
- To conceptualize and design the General Trade architecture for FMCG channel
- To layout out the strategy for General Trade
- To identify various links in the distribution chain (CFA, distributors, retailer etc.) and appoint them
- Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute strategies, who has the ability to work in ambiguity and chaos and has entrepreneurial style of functioning
- Problem Solver, with limited supervision, who can take critical decisions
- Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people
- Focus on identification of needs and delivering results is the base of every function. The person should think and maximize efforts in the requisite direction to deliver the best results.
- Position of leadership to deliver business targets of GT through a team of 4 RSMs, 17 ASMs and 100-125 front-line Sales Executives
Education & Qualifications :
MBA or PGDM from a premiere B- School, Minimum 10 years of work experience in a GT role in leadership capacity in FMCG, preferably in bakery category.
