National Sales Manager_Food service
- Develop market entry strategies for Food Service channel: • New Products Target customers Distribution Food Service organization, define roles and skills needed
- Directs channel development activity to the Food Service channel and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, volume and sales targets.
- Develops distribution channel and sales of assigned product categories to the food service channel. Set up strategic selling channel and maintain relations with major accounts.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve assigned goals and sales targets.
- Develops and launches the new products to fit the markets need.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Supervises the sales team in exploiting market and developing new accounts & dealers.
- Reviews market analyses and sales performance to determine customer needs, price schedules
- Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meets with wholesalers, distributors and customers regularly, assists the sales team with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other departments.
- Supports marketing team in implement and adaptation of marketing plan.
- Analyses and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion to the Management.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
