- You will have a strong sales management background in the industry with a hunger to progress to the next level.
- Building and managing the sales team (manpower, productivity, HR issues etc)
- Building and managing the sales channel (distributors, retailers in MT and GT)
- Meeting sales targets
- Inputs into all major areas of company strategy (sales targets, mktg plans, product pipeline)
- Mumbai based - but requires Pan India travel
- Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
