Education : MBA from Premium Schools Position Summary : - This position is a sales function position at the Pan India level which is responsible for implementation of distribution management agenda, based at HO. Key Responsibilities : 1. The prospective candidate will be responsible for strategising and executing the next stage of growth for range of products across channels i.e. Modern Trade (Offline and Online), General Trade, HoReCa (Revnue/Reach/Presence) 2. To maintain and grow existing retailer, distributor relationships. 3. To search out and secure new distribution/ customers (Ensure comprehensive new business pipeline, working closely with Founders to ensure - on brand- distribution is achieved) 4. To secure distribution of NPD, where relevant to, sector. 5. P&amp;L responsibility, working within company guidelines for all relevant customers 6. Formulate, agree and execute account and channel, Distribution plans to achieve Company targets. 7. Develop and deliver appropriate trade investment and promotional strategies by channel and customer. 8. Provide input into India sales budgets and forecasts. 9. Be an active member of the internal teams to track progress against targets.
