National Sales Manager
Sales & Business Developments:
- Responsible for revenue targets for offline sales channel.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan
- Identify new channels for sales expansion in offline market
Team Management:
- To motivate and direct a team of 60-70 sales professionals to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets
- Recruit, Develop and Retain quality manpower
Relationship Management:
- Develop and foster relationship with external (Key Trade partners) and internal stakeholders (Brand Team, Supply Chain, Operations)
Inventory Forecast/Planning:
- To share monthly inventory forecast with supply chain team
Demand Generation:
- Work closely with marketing team to devise marketing strategies for offline channel
Commercial Management:
- To manage the channel expenses (schemes/promotions/travel/logistics) and ensure the same are with-in the budgeted numbers
Education/Skills:
1. Management graduate from Premier B-School (Top 10 only)
2. Strong analytical/problem solving skills
3. Ability to think out of the box
4. Good mix of strategic thinking and strong execution abilities
5. Proficient in MS Office
Experience:
- 6+ years experience in a leader ship role in Sales function post MBA
- Should have worked in at least 2 regions in the country and should have handled one zone for a period of 2-3 years
