About our Client - Our client is an established player in the Medical equipment sector. Recognized as an innovator, they have a wide range of products and services. Our client has been serving the health care industry with products and services that help hospitals measurably improve patient care. With an employee friendly culture, they are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to head the P/L for the India business.
Job Description - Reporting to the Vice President APAC, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing distributor networks
- Drive the internal organization that supports and drives the distributor networks
- Lead all sales, marketing and technical service staff of our client in India across several healthcare businesses
- Drive penetration of the products
- Work effectively in matrix, making use of international resources effectively
- Provide guidance regarding the India market, to make attractive investments
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 10-15 years of experience in leading businesses with strong exposure to leading both Medical equipment and consumables business. Exposure to respiratory technologies and infusion pumps/consumables will be a strong plus. You will have exposure to driving several businesses working for a multinational firm.
