Our client is a fortune 500 company, into foods and non foods FMCG products. They manufacture and market a wide range across the world with large set up in Africa.
Based at Ivory Coast, the company manufactures and markets soaps, detergents, edible oil, rice, flour, sugar etc.
National Sales Manager will be responsible for :
- Managing country sales of about USD 300 million
- Manage sales force
- Execute and Manage deep distribution across the country
- Team Management
- Be strategic to plan and meet pre decided sales target
- Appraise the management on periodic basis.
- Report into Country head and support him to create sound systems and processes for sales and distribution management while taking care of interests of all stakeholders
- Communication in French is critical to success of this role. Hence, proficiency in French is desirable.
