Qualifications: MBA(Marketing)
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target & also achieving the target growth plans of the company.
- Designing and implementing a sales plan.
- Managing and monitoring of sales representative.
- Analyzes market trends and behaviors.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses report to management team.
- Identity market needs and fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Providing training to sales staff.
- Lead a sales team by providing guidance.
- Tracking sales goals.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Required Skills:
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
