- Handle all National Chains for MT and C&C
- Facilitate entry into all B2C & D2C chains ion India
- Develop and execute Listing of all relevant products
- Complete ownership of Model outlet program Pan India : sales performance by month , Execution of display devices , model outlet benchmarking , merchandising standards for Model outlets .
- Execute display and merchandising guidelines in every channel; develop display aids, and local vendors in regions.
- For ecommerce / quick commerce : do the relevant customized packs / promotion plans / tracking thru performance marketing metrics .
- Work out Margins & Profitability for each chain .
- Work out offers in such a manner that we optimize sales without compromising mid term profitability .
- Facilitate deliver of targeted training for front line sales team in retail channel in coordination with ASM,s.
- Conduct a minimum of 2 training programs per month
- Pilot test key in-market initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations.
- keep complete track of outlet wise business trends.
- Secure key sales information from field sales and present analysis and findings thru planned reviews to VP Sales , RSMS on monthly basis. Aid in Sales presentations , business presentations as reqd from time to time .
- Aid In new product launch plans , post launch daily and weekly tracking .
- Monthly activations : New Launches , Brand of the month , display initiatives , new o/l tracking ,
- Rolling out of Quarterly / monthly incentive programs with Guidance from Sales Head and tracking of the same by each player .
- Over head tracking of FF on a monthly basis .
- Analyze data to gauge effectiveness of key activities and promos through a pre-agreed control panel and use the analysis to fine tune future activities.
- In Future , will have to initiate & LEAD the HORECA Channel as well .
- Payout Plan and actual collation , variance from plan , head wise variance and reasons for the same .
- Tracking of weekly secondary sales by distributor , SO / TSI , ASM area against weekly targets .
- HQ based job with frequent travel to markets . Expected to travel for a 10 to 14 days in a month.
