Position: National Sales Manager- Metros
Direct Reportees: Business Analyst Metro sales
In-direct reportees: Metro sales managers / ZVP / CBH / BH / RGM
CTC: 70 Lacs
Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
- To execute the S&D model for all PAPL brands in the Metro Cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore
- Special focus on 3 Metros of South India
- Conceptualizing and formulating S&D calendar as per business strategy for all Channels - TT / MT / IT HOR - Outlets Reach and Volume matrix
- Deliver Sales ABP of defined Metro territories with BH / ZVP
- To strategize business dynamically for the increase of market share on a sustainable basis.
- Manage Customer Relationship - Develop and manage Channel Partners, to drive S&D.
- Deliver targets as per the Annual Business Plan for both GT MT IT HOR
- Designing Trade Promotion Programs & execute it
- Driving share of shelf / Chilled Stocks with Retailers
- Provide Inputs for the Marketing calendar for the year (BTL Activations, Merchandising, Trade Promotions, etc.)
- Establish travel and market contacts plan for self, direct reporters, and the entire sales team
Job Requirements :
- MBA from a reputed Business School
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills; good at using PowerPoint/excel for basic analytics
- 15+ years of FMCG experience with 5+ years in handling Metro cities
