Position: National Sales Manager
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Department / Business: Operations
The purpose of the job is to ensure the achievement of the top line for the assigned product category. Job holder will be responsible for driving the sales through market penetration & expansion.
1. Market Expansion & Penetration: Select the towns and review the status on Distribution monthly and attached incentives on New Distributor opening. And Loyalty scheme given to hold them and ensure faster penetration
2. Launch of new products: Positioning the price along with ATL & BTL support from the Principals determines the success of the product.
3. Used to Review the Pricing before launch always.
4. Handling Principals & the market visits: Expansion of Width and Depth of distribution along with a Proper visibility and shelf space expected to deliver for Principals.
5. Employee Motivation & team spirit: Fixing the right Salaries, incentives along with a guidance of Career Path helped to motivate them always.
6. Training both in market and classroom to groom them.
