Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for heading all sales operations for Pan India.


2. To promote products like Chimney, Hobs, Dishwashers, Microwave Ovens, Ovens, Cook Tops, Wine Chillers, Built In Appliances in market.


3. Developing the distribution network in different segments and expansion of dealer network for retail sales / secondary sales implementation.


4. Conceptualizing and executing channel sales promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility, thereby preparing management level reporting on the brand's performance, needs and forecasts.


5. Monitoring the model wise product planning, sales & inventory weekly basis and forecasting the channel/market requirement in advance based on demand & project in line.


6. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping knowledge of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics, also evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.


7. Supervising new product management, complete product life cycle and product rollouts; deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends & competitor activities to gain the competitive edge on the market.


8. Managing marketing functions like product planning & roadmaps, consultation and business development as well as managing the pre-analysis data and post analysis of product launch.


9. Effective control of cost to ensure profit maximization.


10. Experienced in charting out sales & marketing strategies for contributing towards enhancing business volumes& growth and achieving revenue & profitability norms.


11. Expertise in implementing innovative management techniques/ systems/ processes & procedure to enhance business practices and increase the productivity & boosting up revenue.


12. Administering network expansion & correction strategy, appointment of reliable distributors / dealers, sales personnel and monitoring their performance, implementing control measures, through effective channel management strategy.


Education:


1 Minimum Graduation(Preferred Master degree in Sales/ Marketing )


2 Additional supportive short term course will have an advantage


3 Minimum 20+ years of experience
