What does it entail
- Own & drive sales targets as per AoP.
- Continuously optimize incentives for employees & partners/affiliates to lower costs.
- Ensure optimal headcount to meet targets.
- Stay on top of sales numbers, always.
- Ensure heterogeneity & predictability of the demand pipeline by diversifying sales channels.
- Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape & offerings.
- Keep sales teams motivated through required performance structures.
- Establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher-margin customers.
Who is this person
- 10 - 12 years of total experience in consumer lending or field sales-led organizations.
- Should have spent 5-7 years as an individual contributor i.e. handled direct sales.
- Should have led field sales teams selling direct-to-consumer loan/credit products.
- Last monthly sales should be more than 500 cr + & AUM of 3000 cr +.
- Aggressive. Number driven. Hands on. Ownership mindset. 0 entitlement.
- Responsible for the overall sales & marketing activities.
- To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and forecasts
