Role: National Sales Manager (NSM) (Sales and Distribution of F&B/FMCG)  Designation: National Sales Manager (NSM)   Reporting to : Regional Sales Head (RSH)   Minimum Qualification: PG Diploma or MBA.   Candidates Preferably from: Unilever/P&G  Minimum Work experience: 4 years in Sales in F&B/FMCG industry.   Industry/Sector Specific experience: F&B/FMCG  No. of reportees: 2 to 3   Location: Myanmar (Burma). (based out of Yangaon/Rangoon)   Key Accountabilities/KRA's:   - Setting up distribution network in terms of width and depth.   - Setting up strong sales team & Sales systems   - Appointment of distributors   Skills/Experience required to perform the role: Essential:   - Hard working   - Aggressive   - have worked in rural area for Nestle or Unilever types in India/South Asia or South East Asia.   - At least 1 year working experience in metro city after working minimum 2 years in rural areas   Soft Skills:   - Excellent Communication skills   - Ability to work in team and individual capacity   - Strong leader   - Can drive the sales team   - Not shy to be in market in making relationship with customers.   Personal competencies: The Values   - Speed & Efficiency   - Hard working   - Integrity.   - Honest   - Eagerness to grow professionally.   Appx Travel % - (Domestic/ International): 60- 70%   Language skill: English & Hindi ( any other Asian language will be a plus).   Compensation: Expat level - Tax free Salary+ Company provided accommodation + travel reimbursements.  Relocation assistance/allowance to Burma: Yes, will be provided.
