National Sales - Manager - Enterprise Segment
An exciting job opportunity for a passionate, aggressive, target oriented sales professional with 12+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise sales leading Banks/Fintechs' engaging in business development, revenue generation, strategic planning, key account management & team management. You must have a prior experience in a in Enterprise Sales, Key accounts management managing high revenue yielding clients at PAN India level coming from financial services environment.
Our distinguished client is looking for an individual operating at PAN India level in KAM, enterprise sales background in Fintech space leading a team of 25-30 people; managing existing client relationship and engaging in cross selling and upselling. You will be Responsible For :
1. Managing pan-India enterprise accounts across multiple industry verticals - a portfolio contributing significantly to the growth of the organization.
2. Developing and managing the relationship with clients along with retaining account and developing additional, profitable revenue streams by upselling and cross-selling company's diverse product portfolio (including payment gateway , lending products etc.)
3. Designing, implementing and monitoring strategically focused sales plans which would create advantage for the company.
4. Managing a team of 20-25 individuals responsible for sales of diverse product portfolio to current & prospective clients & coordinating activity across the Group to ensure integration of services and consistency of delivery.
5. Managing delivery of seamless solutions (not individual product offerings) to large scale enterprise that contribute to 70-80% of company's' revenue stream
6. Working closely with channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and in new
Markets, imparting product knowledge to the channel partners.
7. Meeting with "C" level executives and sell customized risk solutions concepts .
8. Managing sales team; ensuring proper coordination with legal, finance & other support functions
The Successful Candidate :
1. An Post graduate from a Tier 1/Tier 2 College with 12+ yrs of B2B enterprise solution sales , Key Accounts Management experience from a Fintech/Banking space with strong understanding of financial services domain
2. Experience in B2B /Enterprise Sales/ Cross sell /Up sell of product & services to businesses on the lending side( Loans/Credit cards etc), Payment gateway products etc. with knowledge of the products offered by the competitors and deliver an insight on how to overcome the same.
3. Proven experience in working in PAN India / National Sales role managing team of 20-25 + individuals coming from Enterprise sales/B2B sales/Key account management
4. Excellent sales aptitude with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills
5. Excellent in client relationship building & retaining current clients.
6. Passionate, Aggressive & Go getter attitude.
