Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and analytically, with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
