We are handling an assignment with one of the leading consumer brand for the role of NSM.
- P&L responsibility
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth.
- Responsible for top line and bottom line
- Planning & Budgeting for Sales Targets.
- Develop and Identifies key #channel partners and set short and long term channel strategies across India
- ATL/BTL Activities in collaboration with marketing team.
- Market and environmental scanning, advice on business trends and changes in the market place. Analyse market trends and behavior to uncover new business and sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
Must Have:
- 16+ years of & having an impressive track record in driving channel sales and launching products from start to finish.
- Prior experience in appointing dealers, channel sales partners, retailers and 100+ sales force team
- Experience of setting up pan-India sales network from scratch.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in Electrical Switches, MCB, Fans and Kitchen Appliances.
