- Overall P&L management.

- EBITAD achievement well above organization expectation.

- New Product development.

- Attrition rate is well below the industry levels.

- Forecasting/Demand Plan

- S&OP

- Channel Expansion.

- Ageing Inventory Control

- Implement lot of new systems in the organization which resulted in better Profit/Cost reduction/Auto Pilot Business/Transparency.
