In particular, he/she will:
- Assess the business potential and develop clients and business for the Defence segment
- Execute economic analysis on sales
- Establish and shape good commercial relationships with clients
- Actively participate at workshops, conferences, exhibition and Road Show liaising with the internal Marketing Division as well as with the company partners
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Brings new Products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements, product development programs and preparing financial analyses.
Desired Skills
- Bachelors Degree in physics, electrical, civil or mechanical engineering; Masters or equivalent degree
- 14-18 years of related experience
- Should be well versed with defense as a customer segment
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and product management skills and the ability to work with diverse teams in multiple locations
- Ability to work independently and yet be fully accountable
- Strong people management skills, including the ability to effectively manage remote teams
- Strong strategic thinking and marketing skills
- Experience in preparing Bids, proposals and conducting formal presentations
- Strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethics
- Requires approximately 25 - 30% business travel
