Planning and Sales Strategy
- Develop comprehensive sales plans (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual) for Pan India Modern Trade, aligning strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct product-specific market evaluations to ensure sales target achievement and recommend new products based on market demand.
- Regularly visit counters to monitor performance, resolve issues, and enhance sales.
- Implement corrective measures to boost sales at underperforming counters.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and promotional activities.
- Design promotional schemes tailored to different counters and products for increased turnover.
- Provide regular training and guidance to enhance team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) for team members.
- Organize annual conferences, reviews, and employee engagement initiatives for mentoring and team motivation.
- Generate detailed reports on product performance by counter.
- Compile MIS reports on product returns and damages
- At least 10+ years of experience either in General trade, Modern trade, or Ecommerce business channel in the CPG sector
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Proven project management skills
