Role : National Sales Manager - Cycles

Reports to : Business Head

Reportees: 20

Salary: 45 - 55 lakhs

Job :

- Strategize Annual sales plan & achieve targets on Bicycle sales volumes & value

- Enhance ASP (Average Selling Price) by selling more of premium items like geared bikes, light roadsters, carbon frame bikes & imported foreign road, mountain & hybrid bikes & accessories from brands like Cannondale, Bianchi, Schwinn etc.

- Manage distribution: Primary sales to Distributors & secondary sales to dealers onwards to sub dealers / customers

- Manage B2B sales to dealer chains selling bikes; Modern Trade experience shall be helpful

- Enhance penetration in North Indian markets

- Expand "Exclusive stores"

- Feed "customer voice" to other departments including Marketing & product development teams

- Groom talent

Experience - 15 years to 18 years

Age group - 40 to 45 years

Industry - FMCG, FMCD & Telecom or combination of the three
