National Sales Manager
KRA:
- He will be heading the brand ( Deo brand)
- He will be having complete pan India sales team reporting to him
- Handling Distribution Network-Meeting and appointing MS/SS and Distributors
- Team Management ( assisting the sales team in achieving their sales targets)
- Retail Expansion (monitoring retail sales and maintaining good relations with key retailers)
- Plan & achieve pan India level business targets in terms of sales &distribution
- Responsible for Primary & secondary sales
- Planning & implementing all sales & promotional activities
- Implement Strategies to identify new business opportunities & expand the existing market
