Qualification: B.SC/Pharma, Graduate/UG. Having PG / MBA, an advantage.
Position reports to Business Unit Division Head.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to Handle regions across Pan India
- Deliver expected performance and beyond for a specific products segment at a national level.
- Implement a plan to achieve brand sales targets within agreed expense budgets.
- Create KAM strategies with adequate resources to promote expansion and provide a defence against competition.
- Set targets, objectives and incentives schemes at the beginning of each sales cycle relating to work input, output and quality.
- Coach and follow up on skills development of the sales team by ensuring regular update on their medical, technical and special field knowledge through formal training sessions, coaching in the field etc.
- Execute and manage new product launches etc.
- Elevate consolidated market intelligence and in field performance to the Marketing teams.
- Monitor performance of Divisional, Zonal, Regional Sales Managers and their teams effectively.
- Ensure a robust supply chain mechanism to ensure stipulated inventory holdings.
- Ensure compliance to Ethical Trade practices all across.
- Ability to deliver specific products segment sales up to 100 crores and above, pan India.
- Ability to handle a team of 200 persons and above, Pan India.
- Preferred candidates having sales & marketing experience in cardiology products segment.
