National Sales Manager-Business Loan-Financial Services
Job responsibilities:
Business:
- Managing Prime top 8 locations (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune & Ahmedabad).
- Responsible for achieving targeted business volumes.
- Ensuring the productivity metrics are met.
- Build right installed capacity and ensure optimal installed capacity utilization.
- To build large and diversified distribution with network of DSA, Direct Sourcing and other channels.
- Channel management to ensure the existing channels get the right experience.
- Increase channel productivity and engagement.
- Onboarding and engaging referral channel partners to ensure continuous flow of leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Recognizing business opportunity through competition mapping and recommending new products as well as changes to existing products.
- Create medium term and long-term business plans in line with organization vision.
- Maintain the portfolio quality by monitoring early delinquency.
- P&L Management
- Managing a P&L for the vertical
- Driving the right customer segment in terms of ticket size, IRR, Processing Fee,
- Insurance and X Sell
- Driving product innovation to keep ahead of competition.
- Work closely with Debt Management for controlling delinquencies.
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance against set targets and KPIs; identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Developing sales forecasts and budgets based on market trends and business goals; monitoring and managing the sales budget to optimize resource allocation.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth; conducting market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer segments.
People Management:
- Creating right team structure for scale and sustainability.
- To mentor his one downs to take up larger roles.
- To inspire his team to perform better and better.
- Bring in enablers to improve people productivity.
- Build the right culture in line with company values.
- Stakeholder Management
- Have skills to manage cross functional teams of credit, risk and ops.
- Ability to put point across with clarity in a crisp way.
- Someone who can think not just from sales perspective but can also appreciate other stakeholders' views.
Technology and Data:
- Should be well equipped to work with technology solutions.
- Should be data oriented and can work at ease with numbers, projections and co- relate multiple datas.
Desired Profile:
1. Graduate / Post-graduate with minimum 15 years of sales experience in Banks / NBFCs in Business loans
2. Having worked in multiple geographies and gained knowledge of same.
3. Must have managed large teams to 100 plus.
4. Driven teams for Volumes, Profitability, and other revenue generation.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills & stakeholder management.
6. Experience in leading business in urban networks, scaling up businesses, building the teams, and systems to monitor performance.
