About:

- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor sales expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, with at least 3-5 years in a national-level sales leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in leading large sales teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the building materials industry, specifically in sales.
- Strong network within the industry and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
