We are hiring for one of our client - Hardcore Distribution. ( PAN INDIA)

Title: National Head - Sales & Distribution

Location: Delhi, India

Reports to: President

Industry: Lock Manufacturing

Position Overview:

The National Head will be responsible for leading the company's sales and distribution efforts across India. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in trade sales and distribution, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Planning:

o Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve company targets.

o Create and execute plans for market penetration, product placement, and revenue growth.

- Distribution Management:

o Oversee the entire distribution network across India, ensuring efficient supply chain management.

o Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.

- Team Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales teams to achieve their targets.

o Foster a high-performance culture within the sales teams by setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.

- Trade Sales Management:

o Drive trade sales initiatives across India to enhance brand visibility and market share.

o Build strong relationships with key trade partners and distributors.

- Market Analysis & Insights:

o Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

o Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team based on market research.

- Budget Management:

o Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

o Monitor sales performance against budget and implement corrective actions as needed.

Key Requirements:

- Experience:

o 15-20 years of experience in sales and distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

o Strong experience in managing all India sales and distribution, preferably in the lock or related industry.

- Skills & Competencies:

o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a large team.

o In-depth knowledge of trade sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics across India.

o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Education:

o A bachelor's degree & MBA is a must.
