National Sales Manager
- Custodian of the MDF & Particle Board Business in terms of Sales & Marketing.
- Lead the business vertical and its overall function except the production and custodian of MDF & PB verticals profit.
- Focus on future growth potential and develop different avenues for continuous sustainable growth
Responsibilities
Product Management:
- Create & Design Product Portfolio keeping in view optimizing Production technology, Profitability and market requirement.
Team Management:
- Recruit & train as a leader team meant for optimizing the roles that are important for carrying out the required responsibilities.
Business Growth:
- Continuously explore any new opportunities in terms of product's sustainability coming in the segment for expansion.
Control of Competitive Environment:
- Keep the competitive edge of business to maintain the future of business intact and growth oriented.
Financial Control:
- Maintain Financial Hygiene looking into the financial requirement of the business
- Lead the business vertical and its overall function except the production and custodian of MDF & PB verticals profit.
Brand Management:
- Create a formidable brand for the product which becomes synonymous with the organization's philosophy.
Systems and Process Automation:
- Explore automation of the process for the roles that are important for the organization's future sustainability's and changes that may be required for smooth operations.
Manpower Productivity:
- Maintain & optimize per person productivity for the roles under supervision.
Business Value and Volume:
- Achieve overall results in terms of Business Value & Volume taking into ac all the above relevant optimization of production and marketing potential.

Qualifications: Graduate/PG with Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing Qualification and Leadership experience of running similar or building material industry
Age: 45- 50 Years
Experience:
- Total of 20 -25 years of relevant experience
- First Hand Work experience and familiarity and relationships in the North , North East , Bihar , Nepal is key
Nature of Experience:
- Experience of Building Material Industry in Mid/ One Level below Business Head of Product Segment
- Preferred experience of leading Green Field Project or New Product Introduction
Core Skills:
- Business and Organizational Leadership
- Knowledge of MDF/ PB Production Technology
- Financial and Commercial acumen
- Self-Motivated, Energy and Drive
Desirable Skills/ Experience:
- Global Market Development in Markets other than India
- Experience/ Exposure to sources for Market and Industry sector intelligence data
