Designation: Manager- Sales
Reports to: Country Head (Sales) – India & Middle East
The job incumbent will be responsible for the Sales Activities for the Laboratory and Education vertical of the client.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the regional and local Business Development Managers and Sales Executive for concept selling in B2B domain
- Developing KRAs for the direct reports in alignment with corporate objective.
- Responsible for awareness, creation and revenue generation for the Services
- Tracking of daily reporting, preparing daily / weekly / monthly consolidated reports
- Understand the market in which the company operates; identify business opportunities and threats; respond with initiative to significant market developments in India
- Assists the Country Head Sales in developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company’s overall objectives
- Ensures execution of all strategic and tactical initiatives through proper tracking mechanisms, reporting and feedback system
- Interact and build strong relationship with the company’s customers and prospect customers for the purpose of marketing, selling, sales planning and forecasting
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows to promote The Organization's India brand, generate leads and evaluate sales activities
- Maintain customer files and information database
- Co-ordinate with other functional areas such as Marketing, PR, Corporate Communications and Education Services team.
- Provide input on advertising, literature and promotion materials
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and initiatives
- Interface with Management to provide customer feedback on quality of service
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing with good problem solving abilities from a recognized institute can be an added advantage
- Minimum 8 to 10 Years of total experience in handling similar profile of which last 2 years would have been in handling a large region or all-India level
- Prior exposure to institutional selling, G&J industry and / or working in a structured organization will be an added advantage

- Good computer skills including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and customer databases, ability to work with Sales Force Automation
