1. Create the strategic direction of After Market/ Replacement India Sales.
2. Managing distribution network for different regions through the team and focus on achieving Primary/ Secondary/Tertiary sales objectives.
3. Drive New Product and Channel Expansion Initiatives to ensure max spread, also ensure the product mix in view of the profitability
4. Ensure close collaboration between sales and support functions to deliver customer commitments
5. Effectively lead and coach the team to deliver strong performance.
6. Ensure partners do business in line with our Code of Conduct and abide by the regulations
Candidate Profile Essential:
- Should have experience in handling Primary and secondary Channel
- Bachelor of Engineering/ Post-graduation in Marketing ( if graduation is non-engineering).
- Candidate Should be from Auto Industries Only
