About our Client - Our client is leading global supplier of cables and cable systems to the automotive sector. With a turnover exceeding 4 billion and a significant global presence spreading across 35 countries; our client has recently established a wiring facility in India. In line with their business development initiatives our client is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to strategize their commercial activity for the region.
Job Description - Reporting into National Sales Manager; your core responsibilities will entail:
- Acquiring new business contracts
- Fostering profitable business partnerships with OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers
- Setting up and developing a sales team in India
- Ensuring standard processes are adhered to at each stage of the quotation.
- Maximizing commercial opportunities whilst meeting commercial requirements.
- Conceptualizing new product launches
The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA from tier 1 business school. You have minimum of 10 years commercial experience within the automotive industry. You have a consistent track record of success in terms of developing new key accounts within the OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers. Apart from that are extremely entrepreneurial and display a very empowerment driven management style.
