9. Job Summary :

- Should have thorough understanding of School Finance Industry.

- Should have understanding on the Schooling types & nature of property/collaterals in his geographies.

- Ensuring meeting the Sales target, portfolio quality and delinquency is under control.

- Managing Team's productivity through continuous support and mentoring.

10. Detailed Responsibilities :

- Ensure high level of motivation amongst the team members and should ensure productivity.

- Should be able to set and allocate targets for the team members and ensure healthy competition between the regional teams

- Should be able to handle team issues and resolve them at the earliest.

- Ensure hiring gaps are minimized and attrition is under control.

- Maintain healthy co-ordination with other departments like credit, collections, HR & operations so that his team can function smoothly.

- Should be problem solver.

- Should be able to project and achieve monthly volumes and balance sheet numbers

11. Qualification Essential Desired:

- MBA/Graduate MBA- Top 10 Management school

12. Experience Essential Desired:

- 12-15 years in sales at least 5-7 years School Finance sales handling team

13. Desired skills and competencies :

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills & co-ordination skills.

- Should be a go getter and ensure monthly travelling in his locations.

- Healthy Negotiation and Convincing Skills
