- Business developer with strong management skills and a good insight into agrochemicals business.
- Strong acumen for sales as well as analytic approach with good communication skills.
- Manage and take responsibility for the business development and sales planning in the region.
- Emphasis on expanding distributor network while negotiating distribution agreements and prices.
- Foresee short and mid-long term strategic actions to drive market growth. Expand APAC business and solutions.
- Prepare annual sales budget plan.
- Analyse market data and development : Identify the needs and the trends in the market.
- Around 15 years of experience in agrochemicals sales.
- Strong strategic and operational business skills, willingness to take ownership for decisions.
- Experience working in an international environment. Business experience in APAC will be a strong asset.
