- Serving sectors like food and beverages, printing, steel, packaging, In plant and all OEM's through direct key accounts segment accounting for 80% of the business and 20% through distributors.

- Meeting all stakeholders and maintaining cordial relationship with them

- Working locally and globally with different sites to provide effective engineered products

- Handle the overall responsibility of to increase the top line ensuring the profitability targets

- Implementing sales strategies and achieving targets

- Lead the team of Zonal manager, branch managers and area sales representative

- Provide customer service

Qualifications

Must have bachelor or master degree (BE/B.Tech-Mechanical/Mechatronics) with minimum of 15 years of experience preferably in a national role in OEM's.

Should have experience of managing both key accounts and distributor channels with experience of selling components to industrial clients in multiple sectors.

Should have relationship with engineering, purchase and maintenance departments.

Excellent track record of success in the sales of technology products coupled with excellent leadership skills. Must have an exposure to achieve business against stiff competition and should have won large scale clients. Frequent travel required
