ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix.

- Prepares a business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve the assigned sales goals.

- Prepares a Monthly Situation Report following the designated format established. Establishes a Prospective Business Report or Master Prospect List and accurately forecasts accounts that will close.

- Works closely with direct reports to implement the business plan for the area and each region. Meets monthly with each regional Sales Managers to review sales and expense performance while assessing the coaching, counseling, motivation and leadership skills of each regional Sales Executive. Obtains, from sales management, written action plans that will improve the performance of sales personnel who are under desired quota levels. Provides coaching, counseling and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development.

- Responsible for human resource management activities for the area such as the maintenance of proper staffing levels, attainment of desired associate retention rates, harmonious associate relations, monitoring performance management plans and incorporating excellent associate communication channels.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

- Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to the strategic account

- Flawless planning to ensure achievement of sales target

- Should stay well connected with market through various marketing initiatives and in compliance with organization guidelines

- Should develop in-depth product understanding so that there is a wide range of services that you can offer an account

- Should be knowledgeable of upcoming products so that there is enough market potential judged for upcoming selling opportunities.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

1. Supervisor: Vice President Sales

2. Works in close coordination with implementation and service delivery teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Degree in Management or Business Administration. Advanced degree desirable.

2. Experience: Overall 8 to 14 years of experience, 4 yrs in leading a team. Ability to lead a team & work in Multinational environment. Experience in Client satisfaction surveys. Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties. Process improvement methodologies, technical orientation and relationship building skills. Perfect Communication skills. Efficient in English, additional language are plus. Open to relocate. Excellent Customer facing and servicing skills.

3. Generic Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work effectively under changing conditions. . Strong managerial ability.

Should be well groomed and should display good behavioral skills
