Job Description - The objective is to setup and drive sales through national distribution network for the concerned category across mobile/electronic stores channels.

Our client is a well known retailer in the consumer goods and lifestyle space with a near 50 year old legacy in the market. Well known to every consumer in the country, our client is based out of Bangalore.
Description
1. Develop end-to-end network along with sales extraction. Identify and setup national/regional distributors along with expansion plan based on market potential
3. Develop the terms of trade and policies across the network
4. Ensure systems and practices are benchmarked across similar industries and comparable environments
5. Define & periodically evaluate KPIs & performance standards due to fast changing, dynamic and diverse environment
6. Track and provide response for audit observations, recommend systemic solutions to mitigate risks, ensure risks are mitigated by bringing in systemic controls and / or process changes
- A proven experience in building national sales channels in small/medium electronic chain stores is a must- profile will be rejected if otherwise
- The person should have handled national level sales for at least 4 years- profile will be rejected if otherwise
- MBA in Sales & Marketing although preferred, not necessary
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Proven self starter
- Report into leadership
