We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales HR Operations Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales HR operations on a national level. You will work closely with the sales HR team, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective HR processes and support the achievement of sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, sales support, and project management.
Responsibilities :
Sales HR Operations Management:
- Develop and implement standardized HR processes and procedures for the sales function on a national level.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data, systems, and records for the sales team.
- Continuously improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing best practices and automation opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with other business functions.
Sales Support and Employee Lifecycle:
- Partner with sales HR team to provide support in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and implement effective sales training and development programs.
- Support sales compensation administration, including commission calculations, incentive programs, and sales performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with sales-related employment laws and regulations.
HR Systems and Technology:
- Manage and optimize HR systems and technology platforms used in the sales function, such as HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and performance management tools.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training to sales HR team and employees on HR systems and tools.
Project Management:
- Lead and participate in sales HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, system implementations, and policy rollouts.
- Develop project plans, define deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and manage change effectively.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations within the sales function.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and data to internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR from Top Tier Colleges
- 6+ years of experience in HR operations, sales support, or related roles, preferably in a national or regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices, with a focus on sales HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing HR systems and technology platforms.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sales-related employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
