Our client is a leading Digital Connectivity Infrastructure provider. They are a fast growing IP-1 provider of end-to-end digital Connectivity Infrastructure Solutions focusing on In-Building Solutions (IBS) and Small Cells for Mobile Service Providers.
The National Sales Head will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for the following:
- leading the entire team of Circle Sales Heads and build relationships with key stakeholders across customers
- reviewing the circle plans with CBHs to ensure that the business direction is in line with the company's vision and plan
- travelling to circle HQs to engage with customers
- working with the Leadership team to devise Sales strategies to grow business and implement strategies across all circles
The successful candidate ill have the following:
- 20 to 25 years of relevant experience in Telecom or Telecom Passive Infra industry
- Techno-commercial mindset and experience
- Must have handled sales (either B2B or B2C) ideally at a regional/national level
- Must have had experience in key account management / hunting and farming key clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
