Looking for National Head - Sales TASC Segment position based with one of the leading private sector bank based at Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities
- Taking care of TASC-Pan India Assignment
- Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve volume, market share and targets.
- Responsible for carrying out sales targets. Boosting up the generation of Fee Income through Team
- Responsible for development of sales team
- Representation of all zones for institutional banking products i.e. TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs).
- Development of territory for business potential & deepening of existing relationships.
- Achievement of business targets in liability sales for institutional customers like Non-Profit Organizations, Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, non-Government Organizations etc. Job involves sales of savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, fee collection tie-ups, Cash Management Solutions (CMS), FCRA and third party product sales like General Insurance, bonds, Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) etc.
- Sales relationship management with existing high net worth institutional clients acting as a one-point contact between banks and them.
- Recruitment, training and management of team for all zones.
- Implementation of sales audits procedure.
- Planning and organizing sales promotional activities.
- Sales Analysis, competition tracking & benchmarking, KYC implementation and analysis with product and compliance.
Professionals with minimum 12 years of Experience currently from TASC segment or having similar experience would be highly preferred.
