Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B National Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives in providing solar products, such as solar panels, inverters etc., to various industries. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in driving growth and market acquisition across diverse sectors that utilize solar solutions. This role requires strong management capabilities, strategic insight, and the ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target large businesses across multiple industries, focusing on the integration of solar products and solutions into their operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability in achieving national sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, to drive the adoption of Luminous solar solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their energy needs and how Luminous products can meet those requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to design tailored solutions and promotional strategies that resonate with target industries.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies to respond to market dynamics and customer demands.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to large business clients, showcasing the benefits and value of Luminous's solar products and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote ethical sales practices in all business interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, particularly in the solar industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth with large business clients across various industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse sales team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
