Functional goal
Is functionally responsible for optimum business activities of all organisational units.
- responsible for operating result across the regions.
- responsible for overall ocean and air products
- compliance of kpi/kra targets / performance
- defines, monitors and enforces business targets based on activity verticals and trade lane.
- conceiving budget of all regions
- maintains local carrier contract/negotiation within defined national policy and pricing desk.
- analyses costs and cost structure across the regions
- maintains key account contract
- adheres to it systems proposes it needs
- achieves revenue targets at operation level.
Key tasks
Is responsible for engagement, promotion, transfer, training and dismissal of executives in his / her product unit. Selects and assigns key positions in consultation with country manager.
