Role : National Sales Head (South & East)
Responsibilities:
1. Grow SAAS business of South & East India to deliver Sales Targets- Existing business & New products launch.Drive & deliver 100% growth on existing business.
2. Leading 4 Direct Reportees: RHs (Regional Heads- AP Telangana Karnataka/ TN Kerala/ WB Odisha/ Bihar Jharkhand Chhattisgarh) to manage & deliver all goals with a span of 1000+ Feet on Street via Matrix Structure of 100 team Leaders/ 14 ASMs
3. To Drive Net Revenue/Volume/ Units
4. Plan for and Launch new products successfully- Train/ Review/ Groom the team and deliver successful new product launches.
Required Experience and Skills:
Must Have:
1. Should have done hard core Sales in previous stints
2. Should have managed span of 500+ team members
3. Should be skilled in planning & launching new products to drive business towards growth 4.Basic familiarity with levers of PnL in Sales & team
Good to Have:
1. Software Industry Sales Exp
2. Enterprise Deal Cracking
1. Educational Background: Graduation & MBA from good college
2. Atleast 10 years of work experience
3. Should have done Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Head role in the past or currently 4.Industry- Telecom/ FMCG/Consumer Goods/ Ecommerce
a. Comfortable in high growth environment which demands performance b.Demonstrated ability in the past to launch & scale new products
c. Skilled at executing business strategy via large team span (Atleast 500+ span)
