Job Description :
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing Rural Distribution agendas Pan India and drive Rural Key result Areas (KRAs).

Description :
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for rural markets.
- Manage a large sales team, mentoring them to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential key accounts in rural markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to devise effective sales plans.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure product availability in rural markets.
A successful candidate should have :
- Minimum 10-13 years of overall experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience of 5 years leading a team.
- Open to Bangalore as a location.
- Tier 1/2 MBA in sales and marketing is a necessity.
- Candidate should come with experience selling to national geo / working in Food - FMCG / dealing with FMCG industry.
