- Formulate sales strategies, plan and budgets to develop existing accounts and develop new business;
- Direct and motivate Account Managers to develop and manage the strategic accounts in the business;
- Identify and qualify the list of global and country prospects;
- Collaborate with Country Leadership and Business Heads to strategise and convert opportunities into profit;
- Lead the preparation and submission of global, regional and country tenders, bids, proposals and presentation;
- Manage a constant flow of information exchange on sales and sales-related activities with the global sales team, the Asia region and country. This includes updating of sales performance on strategic accounts and regular inputs for the Global Exchange forum;
- Conduct monthly reviews on the sales performance against targets (including client & product mix) as well as regular profit and loss analysis for strategic accounts
Preference would be given to someone from a Recruitment Industry.
