Our client is a personal care major that is growing from strength to strength in the Personal Care space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the Indian market. They look to grow their footprint further and are looking for a National Sales Head to lead the national GT, MT and BA channels for the organisation
Description
The incumbent would be responsible to:
- Oversee GT, MT and BA channels for the business
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Spread the GT business to top 20% of the overall personal care universe and the MT business to a 100% presence
- To increase the beauty advisor numbers from 3000 to 5000 in the Indian market
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies for offline presence of a portfolio
