Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of Regional and Zonal Sales Managers. Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the effective performance of the sales team.
- Sales Performance Analysis : Analyse national sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Utilize insights to make informed decisions and refine the national sales strategy.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key national clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the company's position in the market.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitor activities.
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for national market expansion. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and penetration.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the national sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize sales results. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Sales Reporting : Generate regular reports on national sales performance, market share, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Compliance : Ensure that all national sales activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards. Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to address any compliance-related issues.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving overall business goals
