- Design and execute sales strategies across the country to increase listings across both WeddingBazaar.com and Mandap.com (and across all categories of vendors on Wedding Bazaar.com) on a month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter basis consistently
- Design and execute conversion strategies to drive continuous monetization of our customer base, by selling them our paid subscription packages
- Design and execute pricing strategies to improve the ARPU across our paid customer base
- Design and execute effective account-mining strategies to grow business from the active paid customer base
- Drive continuous improvement in customer-relationship management, customer satisfaction rates and drive increase in paid customer renewals
- Build a world-class sales organisation by hiring, training, and developing a team of passionate sales, telesales, and post sales teams across all parts of the country and enable them to achieve sales closures
- Champion a high-performance sales culture across the organization
- Develop proposals for new business avenues, new plans, services, technology upgradation, longer term strategic tie-ups with vendors
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams in driving business growth
- A seasoned leader, who has expertise in sales and experience in developing new projects, managing large P&L portfolio for at least 8 years.
- Experience in leading large field sales force and awareness of Pan India market
- Experience in Creating, developing, enhancing, and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Proven Sales Leader with clear focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication & problem-solving skills, data-based decision making and the ability to work in a start-up environment.
