About the role :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a 35+ member sales team distributed across India.
Role description :
1. Team management : Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets (35+ members in all)
2. Sales strategy : Own the sales strategy, targets, incentive & reward programs
3. Execution : Manage all day-to-day requirements of the sales team including hiring, training, logistics, event management
4. Reporting : Generate weekly & monthly reports and keep a close watch on numbers
Opportunities : Explore new avenues of creating awareness & conversion and run regular experiments
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Desired skill set :
- 5+ years of experience as a National Sales Manager/Sales Head/Business Head
- Any Bachelor's Degree with MBA preferred
- Proven work experience as a National sales manager
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
