Role : National Sales Head

Reporting to : CEO

CTC Range : upto 35 Lacs

- Managing the P&L accounts of the product lines and driving their growth & expansion of product portfolios, target markets and improving efficiency in sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

- Establishing sales objectives through forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Responsible for developing channel strategies with the sales team and implementing corresponding sales programs across the various regional markets.

- Optimizing sales volume and product mix based on a study of key markets, economic indicators, and changing trends.

- Exploring business avenues in new territories in line with the company strategic plan and realizing tenable opportunities by establishing alliances with local operators and online and retail partners.

- Developing new retail channels and evaluating existing ones for performance on a routine basis. Drawing up and Implementing action plans in conjunction with Managers for necessary improvement of performance of the channel partners.
