Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy through AOP & LRP for aggressive growth in the loan against property business.
2. Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.
3. Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.
4. Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.
5. Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.
6. Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.
7. Develop & implement overall collections framework.
8. Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.
9. Closely associate with all support groups.
10. Operation To seek support in driving branch business & processes.
11. Finance team - Reconcile Monthly and AOP business financials
12. Compliance-To discuss and align with compliance requirements by regulator
13. Build system infrastructure
a. Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business
b. Establish team performance metrics and expectations and regularly review performance
c. Identify training needs provide skill-based training to enhance capabilities of team
14. Managing profit & lose, managing portfolio, customer, customer portfolio, customer life cycle.
15. Doing Secured lending.
16. Managing various business & productivity metrices.
