Job Overview

- The National Sales Head will lead the organization’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location corporates and would be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets. The incumbent will represent the organization ensuring high level of client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Management

- Development & Execution of Annual Sales Action Plans

- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue targets

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth

- To ensure and arrange maximum number of constructive client calls and meetings daily by each sales person

- Ensure regular interaction with as many Senior Management Professionals for Business

Liaison/Development

- Negotiations with prospective customers in order to maximize the profits

- To establish and maintain close Interaction with our all India Marketing Staff for countrywide Sales.

- Closely monitor all aspects of day-to-day Marketing Activities of Each Member of our Sales Team.

- To ensure all encompassing "After Sale Services" to our clients

- Provide periodic/regular Strategic Business Progress Review on all territories with information on regional revenues and forecasts

- Ensure a 60 days maximum collection cycle

- Weekly Reporting to Management about Performance of Sales Team

Competitor Analysis

- Update and share Market and customer information and knowledge with your sales team and ensure total market coverage.

Business Development/ Client Relationship Management

- Identify potential clients and develop a business development plan to reach them.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

- To be fully prepared to make necessary presentations most suited to address client needs.

People Management

- Manage & develop a high performing sales team.

- Create, communicate, and instill a vision within the sales team to lead new levels of market share, sales and earnings.

- Enhancing Sales Competence of Team by imparting at least one training session in a month

- Retention of Key Sales Professionals and guiding them and to motivate the team members.

- Ensuring a Positive and Congenial Environment with-in Team
